Happy New Year!

How could I even being to reflect on 2011, it was the year my life completely turned around once again. I feel like I say that every year, I’ve been so blessed.

I quit McDonalds when I decided to chase my dreams, and I somehow got even more jobs in my field doing what I love. Then I graduated. I almost moved. I ended and started comics, and before I knew it I began building something of a career for myself. I started paying bills and loans. Has it been real? It’s ridiculous that someone could be so lucky, but I’ve been unbelievably so and it’s hard to believe.

Of course I also joined this place, and I grew so in love with it and met so many wonderful people. I grew closer to new friends and can’t imagine a life without my old ones. I hope I am starting to grow as a person but I know I still need to work on it.

I don’t make resolutions usually, but this year I need to make a few. I need to work out and be healthier, I need to get off here more (as evidenced by the fact I’m not here now as someone has my pass and not even I know who haha), and I need to continue to work and build on focusing on my career. I need to find more stable work and be able to happily never need to worry about going back to work at a place like McDonald’s ever again.

I need to keep moving forward. I think this year will be a great one. Thank you guys for being part of my 2011, I don’t know where I would be without your support. You’re amazing. <3
